Glass and Frames
Warm soapy water or a quality glass cleaner is perfect for removing dirt and grime. To prevent scratching of the glass, the use of a soft cloth is recommended and the removal of all hand jewellery
  Condensation prevention
To help prevent condensation provide natural ventilation wherever possible by opening a window or fitting extractor units in kitchens or bathrooms.
Always maintain some permanent heat in the home during cold weather.

Gaskets and Seals
Clean the gaskets and weather strips regularly with a mild NON ABRASIVE detergent. Following cleaning ensure that all gaskets and seals are correctly located around the frames and openers

      Locks and Hinges
It is recommended that all locks and hinges are lightly oiled after the cleaning of the frames. Use a light machine oil such as "THREE IN ONE" or "WD-40".
The "scissor" mechanism found on window friction hinges should be lightly lubricated.
